Hi, I am Corné — a 20-year-old filmmaker and photographer from Stellenbosch, South Africa. I see myself as an artist with a goal: to capture frames creatively and purposefully, to evoke emotion, and tell meaningful stories.

My journey started when I was 11 years old, wanting to be a YouTuber like many kids at the time. After years of making random videos and learning through trial and error, I found my passion in travel and adventure filmmaking — documenting the moments and stories I was part of. For five years, I refined my craft using the best smartphone I could get, and honestly, I created some work I'm still proud of. Then in mid-2025, I finally bought my first camera and fully committed to the path of filmmaking and photography.

I love pushing boundaries — creatively and physically — whether that means chasing new experiences, exploring new places, or capturing the world God created in a way that feels alive and authentic.
